Privacy Policy
NotusMail is a local-first productivity application for email, calendars, files, and team communication. This policy explains the information processed when you connect an account or use a supported integration.
Information we process
NotusMail processes the account identity and the data needed to provide a connection you authorize. Depending on the service, this can include account identifiers, channel names, message content, calendar data, email metadata, and file metadata.
How information is used
Information is used only to display, search, organize, synchronize, and send the actions you request in NotusMail. For Zoom Team Chat, NotusMail accesses the channels and messages allowed by the Zoom permissions you approve and can send a message only when you initiate that action.
Storage and security
NotusMail keeps working data on the device whenever possible. Account tokens on the device are kept in the operating system's protected credential storage. For delegated integrations handled by the NotusMail integration service, refreshable access tokens are encrypted before being stored in the service database.
Service providers and sharing
NotusMail communicates with the provider you choose, such as Zoom, Microsoft, Google, or Slack, to carry out the requested connection or synchronization. NotusMail does not sell personal information or use connected-content data for advertising.
Your choices and rights
You can revoke an integration from the connected provider's account or application settings. Revoking access prevents future provider requests. Where applicable law gives you rights over personal information, use the NotusMail support guide to start a request.
