Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of NotusMail and the integrations you choose to connect. By using NotusMail, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with the rules of each connected service.

Your accounts and content

You remain responsible for the accounts you connect, the permissions you grant, and the content you view or send. NotusMail does not take ownership of your email, calendar, file, or chat content.

Third-party services

Zoom, Microsoft, Google, Slack, and other providers operate under their own agreements and availability policies. NotusMail can only perform actions that those services allow through the permissions you approve.

Appropriate use

Do not use NotusMail to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, bypass provider safeguards, or send unauthorized or harmful content.

Changes and availability

NotusMail may change features, integrations, or these Terms as the product evolves. Availability can be affected by network conditions, provider APIs, and maintenance. NotusMail will not intentionally represent a provider integration as available when it has not been authorized.

Privacy

Your use of NotusMail is also governed by the NotusMail Privacy Policy.
