Use Zoom Team Chat in NotusMail

The NotusMail Zoom Team Chat connection brings the Zoom channels and messages that you authorize into the NotusMail communication workspace.

Connect

1. Sign in to NotusMail with a supported Microsoft or Google account.
2. Open the Productivity area and select Zoom Team Chat.
3. Select Connect Zoom, then approve the requested Zoom permissions.
4. Return to NotusMail when Zoom confirms the connection.

Use

Select the Zoom connector and run a manual synchronization to refresh channels. Choose a channel to read its available messages. Compose a message in NotusMail only when you intend to send it through Zoom Team Chat.

Permissions

NotusMail requests access to your Zoom user profile, available Team Chat channels, and Team Chat messages. It also requests permission to create a Team Chat message when you choose to send one.

Remove access

Open Zoom's connected-app settings, find NotusMail, and remove its authorization. This revokes future access from NotusMail. You can connect again later by repeating the connection flow.
